COVID-19 has forced us to adjust to a "new normal" and new way of life. As we continue navigating through the landscape of what reopening schools will look like and the work that it will entail, it is vital that we have a place to communicate directly and engage with the entire STA Family.With the STA Employee Connection, our goal is to provide a centralized place for distributing important information such as HR resources and corporate updates, but also for sharing stories that highlight the localized efforts and community support that continue to surround our drivers and other frontline workers within the STA Family.Employees will receive weekly text communications featuring news and resources as they are added to the site, but please feel free to visit as often as you would like. While the COVID-19 pandemic facing our country and the world has forced us to redefine the way we live our lives, we are working tirelessly to continue supporting our employees, our customers and our communities through localized, community-based efforts led by many of our colleagues.With each week that passes, we see wonderful stories of our dedicated co-workers going above and beyond to ensure that our students never miss a meal, that they stay connected to their teachers and classmates through mobile Wi-Fi access, and that they know how greatly they are missed by their school bus drivers.
